So, how do you feel after this great achievement?
“We feel good! We were a little nervous during the first dives, but in the third and fourth round we were able to handle the pressure. In the end, I think we did great”.
What about your future project?
“Andres will be going to the World Championship, and I am going back to Mexico City. I will rest to prepare for the next season, as we will probably have Nationals in December, or the World Cup in January. As soon as Andres comes back from the World Championship, we will train together”.
Is this your first time in Naples?
“Yes, it is. We have been in Italy before, in Bolzano to be precise, for the Grand Prix. But we have never been in Naples, and we are very excited to experience this city”.
